About Monadnock SCORE
Chapter 379



SCORE Chapter 379 is located in Keene, NH, serving the Monadnock region of southern New Hampshire as well as the Brattleboro area in southern Vermont. We are committed to provide quality business counseling to local residents and businesses by offering free, confidential, counseling.

The Chapter was inaugurated in 1969. Its membership presently consists of over 20 professional men and women, some of whom are still in business, and who collectively possess a wide variety of experience and skills. (see member profiles below)

Our members are committed to sharing their experience and skills with anyone starting or purchasing a business, as well as advising existing small businesses. SCORE counseling services are provided in strict confidence (see our Code of Ethics) and without cost to the client. SCORE counselors are volunteers dedicated to giving back to the community in which they live. SCORE 379 also has a branch in Brattleboro VT.

We can assist existing businesses cope with expansion problems, downsizing or other ongoing problems. For those interested in starting or buying a business, we can help guide you through the necessary steps to achieve your goals. In addition to counseling we sponsor seminars covering a variety of topics from Starting a Business to Internet Marketing techniques.

Application for counseling can be easily made on-line or, if necessary, through our office at 34 Mechanic St, Keene (Phone: 603-352-0320). You will be assigned a counselor that has the necessary experience to meet your individual needs. We will mentor a client as many times as necessary to achieve their objectives. We want to help you succeed and protect your resources with good advice.

Richard KreissleMember since 2009.
Graduated from Nichols College with a concentration in Accounting. In 2001, received his M.B.A. from Franklin Pierce University.
Work experience has been heavily oriented towards small to medium sized businesses giving experience in all aspects of Accounting for both service and manufacturing businesses. Currently an Assistant Professor of Business at Landmark College where he’s taught, in addition to Accounting courses, courses in management, economics, and human resources management.

Rick MacMillanMember since 2006. He has spent his career in financial management, having served as controller and Chief Financial Officer of manufacturing companies in  textiles, aerospace, and automotive supply industries.  His expertise in business planning and financing is rooted in MBA and CPA designations. 
Edward MerrellMember since 2001. former Chair and former Chair Website commiittee. Licensed Engineer and former owner small Manufacturing business. Construction design capability. Active counselor interested in advising clients on technical issues and professional business development.
Rick MoltzonMember since 2008. Former executive manager in internationally known retail supply chain and manufacturing companies. Has highly successful start-up and turnaround experience with an interest in counseling. 
Randall MorseMember since 2009.  Former science teacher who joined the business world, and is now an independent technology, product market and business consultant.  Formed several businesses within existing companies, established two of his own and counseled others to grow their own. Focus is on marketing, sales, and business development but also managed in research and development, set up production  processes and recruited and hired at many levels of management.
Wallace ReneyMember since 2002. Former Chapter Chair. Extensive experience in banking. Interested in fund raising, nonprofits and business development.
